Description

The main objective of the program is to provide students a broad exposure to various aspects of innovations in space technology and in many multi-disciplinary areas at the best institutions in the world. Our goal is to ensure that every student comes back inspired to learn, explore and achieve more. Learn in one of the most prosperous and influential areas of the world, home of promising companies, shifting industries, and more. Students will visit NASA facilities in Orlando, meet an astronaut and participate in several events and demonstrations at NASA.

While attending the program students will engage directly with leaders in their field, including researchers at local universities. Students will also be provided the opportunity for many peer to peer exchanges as well as explore some of the natural wonder and iconic places of the greater Orlando area.

Depart to Orlando, Florida
Arrive in Orlando; Transfer to hotel; Orientation & Icebreakers; Local culture discussion; Re-emphasizing expectations; Preparation for workshops on Innovation and Creativity.
Fostering Innovation Workshop on Creativity and Divergent Thinking; Tour of University of Central Florida ; Dinner & Evening activities in Orlando (e.g., Live music etc.)
Fostering Innovation – Design Thinking Workshop; Visit the Florida Space Institute; Lecture and interaction with Guest researcher on Planetary Sciences; Dinner & Evening activities.
Visit Institute of Simulation and Training and interact with Professors and researchers; Lunch with a professor; Afternoon visit to METIL (Mixed Emerging Technology Integration Lab); Dinner & Evening activities
