Endangered Species Expedition
Description
Begin your Costa Rica experience by exploring the Arenal Volcano, Venado Caves, and La Fortuna waterfalls! The adventure continues as students learn about unique species of endangered frogs, butterflies, and monkeys, and navigate the cloud forest canopy of Monteverde on an exhilarating ziplining tour. Throughout the program students will be learning about biodiversity, habitat sustainability and human impact. Students then travel from mountains to sea to the Manuel Antonio National Park, where they’ll observe Howler and Capuchin monkeys that call the park home. Snorkeling in the reefs and exploring the marine life give students the complete Costa Rica experience!
