A Direct Public Offering, or DPO, is a public offering of securities by a business or nonprofit made directly to both accredited and non-accredited investors. By using a DPO, also known as investment crowdfunding, Mr. Sparkle ensures our pool of investors is from the 100%, not the 1%. Mr. Sparkle is reaching out directly to those who are already invested in our business: our community, our clients and our friends. Our DPO gives you the opportunity to invest financially in something you believe in and to support a local business, thus keeping your money in the local economy.

(1) Investor must have a minimum net worth (exclusive of homes, home furnishings and automobiles) of at least $75,000 and a minimum gross income of $75,000 (in the past year and expected in the current year and the investment amount does not exceed 10% of investor’s net worth (exclusive of homes, home furnishings and automobiles); or
(2) Investor must have a minimum net worth (exclusive of homes, home furnishings and automobiles) of $250,000 and the investment does not exceed 10% of such investor’s net worth (exclusive of homes, home furnishings and automobiles); or
(3) Investor invests $2,500 or less.
